Chickpea Falafels


(Serves 6)

Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free


Ingredients:

2 14oz cans of chickpeas - drained and rinsed

1/2 cup of chickpea flour

3/4 cup of chopped onion

3 garlic cloves

1/4 cup of parsley

1 tsp of cumin

1/2 tsp of paprika

Dash of pepper


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend all ingredients for 2 minutes. With your hands, roll and form together the ingredients into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place the falafels in an air fryer for 15 mins at 400F. You can also bake them at 350F for 12 mins on each side. Throw them on top of a salad or in a wrap and enjoy!
